If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific local terms appearing elsewhere on allfilmpros.com (including house rules) then the latter shall prevail.

All images uploaded to AllFilmPros must be owned by the account holder. All account holders agree that they own 100% of all copyrights.

AllFilmPros account holders agree not to use vulgar names in identifying/naming their images.

AllFilmPros account holders agree that whatever price they set for the licensing of their image at the time of purchase is what it will be sold for. Until a new price is set, that price will remain the current sale price.

AllFilmPros account holders must set the type of license they are issuing. If the account holder chooses to license the image in every category, they can set the image to all for a set fee. Even though the image is set to all, the licensor can still choose to put restrictions.

Account holders can set any price they deem fit for the license of their image. However, it is in there best interest to choose reasonable prices based off of the market value for such an image.

If account holder set his license to accept all, he/she agrees to accept all offers and will not be notified prior to the selling of the image.

If account holder set his license to accept all with approval, he/she agrees to accept the offer only after final approval.

All clients purchasing images from AllFilmPros agree to follow the license agreement according to U.S. copyright law.

Youth under the age of 18 can only sign-up to accounts attached to their parents or legal guardian.

Account holders are allowed to share income. Once the percentage is split, that percentage can only be returned by the newly appointed account holder.

Account holder agrees that he/she is the 100% copyright holder.

If you feel that the copyright claimant is infringing on your image and have proof, you may report all copyright infringements to infringement@allfilmpros.com.

AllFilmPros take all copyright infringements serious and will respond to any claim within 72 hours.

Each free account comes with 5 megs of free disk space. Each member is allowed to purchase additional space. Once disk space is purchased, the account holder is allowed to keep that space as long as the account is active. If the account is unattended for 90 days and becomes inactive, the additional space reverts back to AllFilmPros.

Available cash can only be use to purchase property, disk space or advertising on AllFilmPros. You cannot cash-out available cash. However, you can transfer it between accounts.

You may purchase cash credits to use on AllFilmPros through our cash center. Once you purchase cash credits, you can only use it to purchase property, disk space, or advertising.

All income earned from sells of images or copyrights may be cashed out whenever the account holder chooses.

All account holders may cash-out whenever they choose. Once they cash-out, the funds will be verified and paid through a money-order or paypal within 72 hours.

Editorial images may be sold without the consent of the models used in the photograph. This excludes trademark infringement, celebrity, and property.

Commercial images can only be sold with a model release and/or the consent of the trademark, or property owner. A model release form must be uploaded or a separate account must be created by the model and percentage shared of profit.

No images from this web site may be used in connection with any potentially sensitive issue including, but not limited to sex, sexual preference, pornography, diseases of any kind, drug or alcohol abuse, domestic violence, mental or physical abuse, substance abuse, alcohol, tobacco products, pregnancy, birth control, physical or mental challenges, homelessness, political campaigns, plastic or cosmetic surgery or possible defamation or disparagement of character or product, without obtaining prior written consent from AllFilmPros.

You agree that you will not use the images for any unlawful purpose, or to defame any person, or to violate any person's right of privacy or publicity, or to infringe upon any trade name, trademark or service mark or any entity. You agree to use allfilmpros.com only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property uploaded to account REMAINS the property of the AllFilmPros account holder. Account holder agrees not to add adapted work of others into their account with providing written permission.

If you use multiple logins for the purpose of acquiring additional disk space you are limited to two accounts per I.P. Address.

All accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly so that moderation emails can be sent to you. Accounts registered with someone else's email address, or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. We may require users to re-validate their account if we believe they have been using an invalid email address.

The ALLFILMPROS reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple ALLFILMPROS accounts.
